One of the great things about being located near Washington, D.C. is that you’re close enough to “pop in” for things. Whether that’s a Rocknocerous concert at the Kennedy Center or to take some family photos at the U.S. Botanic Gardens, it’s all easily accessible. The downside, of course, is fighting the crowds in order enjoy these luxuries. This is the capital of the United States, you know. Thankfully on this chilly Saturday we had a family full of troopers. It probably helped that they are all masters at standing on one leg.
